Saw Palmetto is extracted from the dark purple berries of the American saw palmetto plant (Serenoa repens). Many studies have shown that saw palmetto may help to improve urinary and prostate health. 

Additionally, Saw Palmetto contains the antioxidants epicatechin and methyl gallate which may have anti-inflammatory properties as well protecting cells against damage from free radicals.
